Fadientia provides tools for creating, editing, previewing, and exporting gradient visuals. Features may change over time as we improve the product, add new capabilities, or retire outdated functionality.
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product updates.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
- Keep your credentials secure and do not share them with unauthorized persons.
- Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or account misuse.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use

Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the plan-specific terms shown at purchase or by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different rule is required by local consumer protection law.
